The New Canaan Volunteer Ambulance Corps maintains a voluntary, confidential registry of persons with disabilities and/or chronic conditions.
Registrants can include specific information regarding their medical history, allergies, medications, and special needs. In addition, it is the responsibility of each participant to update their registry information as necessary.
The confidential registry is available to responding NCVAC personnel so they can update themselves with regard to the patient’s health information and baseline condition PRIOR to arrival on scene. Among other benefits, this can improve the response time between the initial 9-1-1 emergency call and transport to the hospital.
Please download the registry form to begin the process.
